Reliant

Reliant occupied a unique corner of British motoring, producing 3 wheel economy vehicles alongside small sports cars, vans and later niche 4 wheel models. The Robin and Rialto became cultural shorthand for the marque, but cars such as the Scimitar showed a very different side of its engineering. Registration categories can be unusual because some Reliants were legally and practically closer to motorcycles or light commercials than conventional passenger cars.
